I’m passionate about supporting clients who look like they’re coping on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected on the inside.

A lot of the people I work with feel like they have to keep it all together for everyone else, even when inside, it feels like they’re barely managing or quietly falling apart.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply human. I help you slow down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with the real you, the version that feels grounded, authentic, and enough.
